1. Commitment: All memberships are for a one-year term and cannot be canceled within the year. If a membership is canceled within the year, the client must pay the full price of the membership, regardless of whether all benefits have been attained.
2. Nonrefundable Clause: Membership fees are nonrefundable. If services cannot be performed on the scheduled day due to inclement weather, the client must reschedule within 72 hours.
3. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule services but will not receive a refund for cancellations.
Client Responsibilities
1. Property Damage: Clients are responsible for any damage done to the property during the use of our services. Clients will be billed for the damage and must make payment within 72 hours of receiving the invoice.
2. Payment: All payments must be made as agreed in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Legal Terms
1. Breach of Agreement: If any part of this agreement is breached by the client, La'Breeze Luxury reserves the right to file a court order to seek remedy.
